Registration Services
CORPORATION
Our Agents will complete your
Articles of Organization and register your Florida Limited Liability Company (LLC) with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations.
A corporation is an independent legal entity that exists separately from the people who own, control and manage it. It does not dissolve when its owners (or shareholders) die because it is considered a separate “person.” A corporation can enter into contracts, pay taxes, transact business, etc. The owners have limited liability.
LLC
Our agents will complete your Articles of Organization and register your Florida Limited Liability Company (LLC) with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations.
A limited liability company (LLC) is similar to a corporation, but with slight differences. Also like a corporation, it offers limited personal liability. An LLC is not required to hold regular stockholder or management meetings, and there are no requirements to comply with other corporate formalities.
NON PROFIT
We will complete your Articles of Incorporation and register your Florida Corporation (INC) with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations.
Nonprofit corporations enjoy an exemption from corporate income taxes on profits from activities that are related to their organizational purpose. Also, a nonprofit is permitted to raise funds by receiving public and private grant money and donations from individuals and companies.
FICTICIOUS NAME
Our agents will register your fictitious name with the State of Florida and publish your fictitious name legal notice with an approved local newspaper in your county.
A fictitious name (also known as a “doing business as” or “dba”) is, according to the Florida DOS Division of Corporations, “any name under which a person transacts business in [the state of Florida], other than his [or her] legal name.”
